Winds gusting up to 40 mph Tuesday night into Wednesday morning potentially leading to blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow will come in two rounds, with a period of rain in between, during the day on Tuesday.
