I'm Bringin' Sexy Back!
I've been talking alot recently about my journey as I try to lose some weight that I've gained over the 20+ years that I've been in radio.  It started back on February 7th when I joined the Danville Family YMCA.  I have been getting in the raquetball courts, and then using the treadmill and Life Fitness equipment.  As of today, I have lost around 24 pounds toward my goal of losing about 75 pounds.

Today on The Big Show, I welcomed our D102 Business of the Week, Amy Young from "It Works."  Amy offered a contourned body wrap that will remove the toxins and reduced the fat cells in the applied area, with results seen in as little as 45 minutes, and the results will continue to show over the course of the next 72 hours.

Before we got started, she made three measurements around my belly, one about 2-inches above the belly button, the second at the belly button, and the third, about an inch below that.

My measurements came out to 47 inches, 47 inches, and 45-1/2 inches.

Then she applied the patch over my belly, and wrapped me up in plastic wrap to hold it in place for the next 45 minutes.

When she took the wrap off after the 45 minutes, I was SHOCKED at the numbers that she told me.  My new measurements were 43-1/2 inches, 45-1/2 inches, and 44 inches.  I lost 6-1/2 inches in the 45 minutes.  And I'm expected to lose more over the course of the next 72 hours.

It's a subtle change in the pictures, but I'm looking forward to seeing how many more inches I can lose over the next 24 hours.

If you would like to contact Amy Young at "It Works," call her at (217) 474-6831, or visit her website.

I'll keep you updated.

-Tommy B

UPDATE:  Monday morning I re-measured my gut, and lost another inch over the 72 hours since I used the It Works procedure.  My first measurement stayed the same, but each of the other two dropped an additional 1/2 inch.  So overall ... IT WORKS!  Try it today by calling Amy Young at (217) 474-6831.

Charlie Sheen Mocks "Two-and-a-Half Men" In New Promo

Charlie Sheen is alive and ready for his TV comeback. The actor poked fun at his demise on Two and a Half Men in the first promo for his upcoming FX series, Anger Management.

After firing Sheen last year, Two and a Half Men explained his absence on the show by writing that his character got hit by a train and died. In the 15-second Anger Management promo, Sheen appears in a coffin as an announcer says, "Charlie Sheen died . . . and went to FX."
