Ingredients:
1 c softened butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 pkg milk chocolate covered English Toffee bits
1/2 c semisweet chocolate chunks
1/2 c milk chocolate chips
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla and mix well. Add flour, soda and salt. Mix on slow until incorporated. Add toffee bits and chocolate chips and mix on slow speed. Place heaping tablespoons of dough on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 9 – 11 minutes or until done. Cool on sheet for 5 minutes and move to wire rack to cool completely.
