Ingredients:
1 pkg fudge brownie mix for 8 x 8 pan
3 tbsp melted butter
4 – 8 oz pkgs softened cream cheese
2 c sugar
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c heavy cream
1/4 c flour
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
Directions:
Combine butter and brownie mix in medium bowl. Press into 10 inch springform pan and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Reduce oven to 300 degrees. Cream sugar and cream cheese together until fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla, cream and flour and mix well. Pour half of batter over brownie crust. Drizzle 1/2 jar of caramel over batter. Cover with remaining batter. Swirl 1/2 remaining caramel on top of batter. Bake for at least 1 hour at 300 degrees until set. Turn off oven and let cool in oven for 1 hour. Remove and chill. Remove from pan and top with remaining caramel if desired.
