Ingredients:
2 c cut and washed rhubarb
1 c sugar
1 (3 oz) pkg Jello, orange or red
1 c water
1/2 box white cake mix or 1 small box
1/2 c melted butter
Directions:
Cover bottom of 8 inch square pan with cut rhubarb. Sprinkle sugar, Jello and water over top. Sprinkle cake mix over top of Jello mixture then pour on melted butter. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely before serving.
