The Quaker Breakfast in the Park Program is back this summer at Danville’s Lincoln Park. Each weekday morning through June 29th the Quaker Oats Company will provide a free, nourishing breakfast to help stamp out childhood hunger. As one of Danville’s largest employers the company decided it wanted to help feed hungry children locally.

This is the 8th year for the Quaker Breakfast in the Park Program in Danville. The company joined forces with community leaders to offer the program noting that they realize it can be particularly challenging during the summer months for kids to get a healthy breakfast.
