Efforts continue to keep the peace in Danville following some recent shootings. The Three Kings of Peace and a Community Coalition are planning another march for peace Saturday evening (June 23rd) starting at 6 o’clock at Harmon and English Streets.

Both Butler and Smalls say they want to thank Mayor Scott Eisenhauer, Public Safety Director Larry Thomason, some city council members and others who have participated in the Saturday night Marches for Peace.
The marches are scheduled to continue through mid-August.
