The Vermilion County War Museum has reached its $50,000 goal in its Capital Campaign fundraiser. The campaign was launched in October of 2017 to help with some major improvements at the museum.
Using the funds, the War Museum has upgraded lighting to LED, which not only saves on the energy bill but also helps save artifacts. Other improvements have included replacing the museum’s front doors and opening a new room along with other upgrades.
The War Museum plans to launch its 2nd Annual Capital Campaign in a few months. It will raise funds for additional improvements at the museum.
