Ingredients:
1 pkg white cake mix and ingredients to make cake
1 tablespoon Karo syrup
1 can sweetened condensed coconut milk
1 can evaporated coconut milk
1 container creamy Cool Whip
1 pkg instant coconut cream pie filling
1 1/2 cups half and half
Spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to directions and add Karo syrup. Pour into pan and bake until done. Remove from oven and let cool, Poke holes in top of cake with meat thermometer. Mix milks together and microwave for 30-45 seconds. Pour very slowly over holes in cake until all milk has soaked in. Chill for at least an hour. Blend pudding mix and half and half for a minute. Stir in Cool Whip until well combined and spread over cake, Chill for at least two hours before serving.
