If you enjoy parades…you should love this Labor Day weekend. There are three parades scheduled across Vermilion County:
- Danville’s Labor Day Parade begins at 9:30 Monday morning (September 3rd, 2018). The 83rd Annual Danville Labor Day Parade is sponsored by the Vermilion County Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO. It begins in the area of Vermilion and Davis Streets and travels south down Vermilion Street to Main.
- Hoopeston’s Grand Parade on Saturday, September 1st, begins at 10:30 a.m. in that community’s downtown area. This year the Hoopeston Jaycees are celebrating the 75th National Sweetcorn Festival.

- Westville’s 108th Annual Labor Day Parade is Monday, (September 3rd) at 11:30 a.m. traveling down State Street (Illinois route one).
