Volunteers with the Vermilion County Handicapped Association hit a milestone Sunday when they built their 350th ramp. Crew leader Kip Sullivan of Danville says it would not be possible without those willing to volunteer….
So where do they get their money?
Sunday morning they built a ramp at the home of retired Vermilion County Sheriff’s Deputy Merle Miller. ‘’It’s unreal,’’ said Miller as he watched the crew work. ‘’There’s still a lot of good people in the world,’’ he added, ‘’but we often only hear about the negative things.’’
