Ingredients:
1 Box Butter Pecan cake mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 pkg butterscotch chips
(Dr. Ashton added white chocolate chips as well)
Mix cake mix, oil and eggs until well blended. Stir in butterscotch chips. Drop tablespoonful of dough on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool on wire rack.
