Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup water
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
In large sauce pan, bring water and butter to a boil. remove from heat. Stir in flour,eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, baking soda, salt and bananas until smooth. Pour into greased sheet cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes. Cool for 20 min,
For frosting, cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Frost cake and serve.
