Westville Teen Crowned Georgetown Fair Queen

Corinn Crippin, a Westville High School Senior (and also a DACC Freshman), has been crowned the 2019 Georgetown Fair Queen.  She was crowned during the pageant held at the fairgrounds on Monday night, and will reign over this year’s Georgetown Fair, which runs through Saturday.

1st runner-up is Tinlee Shepherd of Westville

2nd runner-up is Payton Baker of Georgetown

3rd runner-up is Lexi Baker of Catlin

4th runner-up is Dylann Hall of Georgetown

Activities at the fair today – Tuesday, August 6th — include:

— An Open Swine Show at 8:00 a.m.

— Commercial buildings open from 4:00 until 9:00 p.m.

— A Jr. Sheep Show begins at 5:00 p.m.

— Another Armband Night is being held on the Carnival Rides starting at 6:00 p.m.

— An Open & Junior Breed Barrow Show begins at 6:00 p.m.

— The Mike Ellis Band will be in the Showcasing Building starting at 6:00 p.m.

— A Barn Yard Tractor Pull begins at 6:00 p.m.

— A Talent Contest begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Banquet Center  building
