Champaign County Coroner Duane Northrup has released the names of two people who have died following area accidents.  He says 30-year-old Kylie R. Hack of Westville died September 1st from injuries received when she reportedly fell from a motorcycle she was riding on August 31st in Danville.

Hack was pronounced dead at Carle Hospital in Urbana.  The tragedy remains under investigation by the Champaign County Coroner’s Office and Illinois State Police.

And Coroner Northrup says the second person who died is 43-year-old Jeremy L. Holmes of Mahomet.  He was pronounced dead at the scene of a single vehicle crash on Staley Road in Champaign on Tuesday (September 3, 2019).  Preliminary autopsy results suggest Holmes may have experienced a medical emergency prior to the crash, according to Coroner Northrup.  He says the circumstances surrounding Holmes’ death remain under investigation by the Champaign County Coroner’s Office and Champaign County Sheriff’s Police.
