The Dwelling Place of Vermilion County is holding a unique fundraiser to raise money. Celebrate Vermilion: Dinner in the Dark will take place Saturday, April 4th at 6 p.m. at the Bremer Center at Danville Area Community College. The evening will include a six-course meal prepared by DACC culinary students, which will be served in the dark. Music will be provided by Central Christian Church, and a live auction will be held as well.
Cost is $750 for a reserved table or individual random seating for $100. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at the Dwelling Place Day Center in Danville, Berry’s Garden Center in Danville or Flowers on Main in Georgetown.
