Tickets are now on sale for the 23rd annual Schlarman Raffle. And the first ‘Early Bird Pay Day’ drawing is taking place this evening (February 21, 2020).
Money raised through the raffle go to support programs at Schlarman Academy…which is a Catholic school providing classes through 12th grade.
Tickets for the raffle are $100 apiece, but many people share the cost – agreeing to split the cash if they win. This year’s grand prize is $100,000 – but there will be 50 other cash prizes awarded on April 17th as well at the Turtle Run Banquet Center.
And some cash will also be given away during some ‘Pay Day’ drawings held before April 17th. The first ‘Pay Day’ drawing is Friday (February 21st.) But to be eligible for that drawing you must purchase your ticket by noon on Friday.
During the ‘Pay Day’ drawings two people will win $500, and two others will win $250 apiece. On St. Patrick’s Day there will be a special drawing where someone will win $2,300.
A maximum of 5,000 tickets will be sold for this year’s Schlarman Raffle.
